Lately, things have been quite busy and hectic with the holidays that I am not able to join my fellow peers from Sahaja. However, I try to make it a point to continue my daily meditation and update myself with more knowledge about this path .Every now and then, I would come across things that made me realized how everything is inter connected with how the world revolves around us.The energy that we emit from ourselves affects the people, the emotions and the reaction of things surrounding us.We therefore do not control things but how we react to things. That is why in one of our chakras, we continously say " I am my own master". This is because we control how we respond to the universe.
"Kundalini Yoga refers to a physical and mental discipline of Yoga that aims at the development of the purity of the mind and the body thereby paving the way for a state of spiritual absorption. Kundalini Yoga can be practiced through the techniques of meditation.
It is interesting to note that Kundalini Yoga is also called by the name of the Yoga of awareness since it goes a long way in improving the aspects of human consciousness, intuition, and knowledge of the self. It brings about the unlimited human potential that is hidden within every human being. Kundalini Yoga aims at activating the Kundalini Shakti in every human being to make him attain spiritual powers and the quality of serving
others that get the practitioner closer to God." ( as adapted from The Difference Between )
